Edwin Alexander Aguilar Pardo, Director- Support Office for Investigations and Analysis on Public Safety.
Electronic engineer from Universidad Manuela Beltrán. He majored in project management at Universidad Francisco José de Caldas, with a double master’s degree in design, management and project management at Universidad Europea del Atlántico and Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI) Mexico.
He is an expert in managing data analytics and information in the global framework of projects. His knowledge has allowed him to create solutions and streamline processes through technological tools.
In 2000, he joined the Attorney General’s Office. Since then, he has held different positions and has participated in the design of a technological solution to make justice accessible for victims. He also participated in the design and implementation, of the video conference system of the Directorate of Transitional Justice at national level which has allowed the appearance of parties in scheduled judicial proceedings.
His expertise in this field helped to create and implement the procedure to store the historical memory of spontaneous declarations and hearings within the framework of Justice and Peace Law.
