The Office of the Attorney General exercises the criminal prosecution and Asset Forfeiture (Extinción del Derecho de Dominio)1 within the framework of the constitutional right to due process. It also participates in the enforcement and design of the state criminal policy; assures effective access to justice, truth and reparation to victims of crimes; and generates trust among citizens.
