Madeleyne Pérez Ojeda, Director specialized in the fight against Corruption

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Santo Tomás of Bucaramanga (Santander) and she majored in Criminal Law and Public Law at Universidad Autónoma of Bucaramanga.

Her professional experience involves her work at the public service related to the administration of justice and the academy.

She joined the Office of the Attorney General and worked as judicial investigator in the Technical Investigation Corps. Later, she served as a delegate prosecutor before municipal criminal judges and circuit criminal judges in the branch office of Santander (Seccional Santander), and as  prosecutor specialized in the fight against Human Rights Violations, Natural Resources, and the Environment.

Between April 2024 and October 2025, she led the branch office in Magdalena (Seccional Magdalena).

As university professor, she taught courses of Criminology and Criminal Policy, as well as Criminal Law.
