Andrea del Pilar Sanabria Aranguren , Director – Office of Legal Affairs
She holds a Law degree from Universidad Santo Tomás. She studied topics related to public security, national defense, and government contracting. She also earned a Master’s degree in Public and Private Contract Law, and she is a PhD candidate in Law.
She has served as Director of the Legal Department at Universidad Santo Tomás, Advisor to the Office of the Attorney General, and National Deputy Director of Contract Management at the Office of the Attorney General.
Likewise, she has been a legal advisor to institutions such as Escuela Superior de Administración Pública (ESAP), Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR), Secretaría Distrital de Cultura Recreación y Deporte, Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE), Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal, Militar y Policial, Agencia Nacional de Minería and National Police, among others.
She has more than 15 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels in several universities across the country and has trained public servants of different state entities.
