The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Gustavo Adolfo Cervantes Rubio, alias El Tuerto or Gordo Flaco, allegedly responsible for the murder of a man on September 26, 2023 in El Portal neighborhood, Bosconia (Cesar).
According to the investigation, the victim was with some family members, and it is believed that the defendant approached him on a motorcycle and shot him on several occasions causing his death.
A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Cesar charged the defendant with homicide; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition. All the offenses were under aggravated circumstances. He did not plead guilty to the charges.
Cervantes Rubio is currently deprived of his liberty in a prison after being arrested in flagrante delicto on January 12 as a possible perpetrator of the crime of aggravated extortion.
