Four alleged members of the criminal organization Hefesto were deprived of their liberty in a prison, after a judge accepted the arguments presented by a prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Risaralda

According to the investigation carried out between April 2022 and October of this year, the defendants apparently sold narcotic substances on public roads in Travesuras neighborhood in Pereira (Risaralda).

The defendants are José David Villa Cardona, Cristian David Acevedo Buitrago, Juan Pablo Hincapié Cardona and Jhon Edier Gutiérrez Velásquez, who were charged, according to their alleged individual responsibility, for the crimes of conspiracy and trafficking, manufacturing and possession of narcotics.

This November 17, Police officers carried out home searches in the place where the prosecuted people were arrested.
