At the request of a prosecutor from Purificación (Tolima), a judge hearing the case (juez de Conocimiento) sentenced Yeison Alberto Pacheco Guerrero to 25 years in prison for the murder of a 28-year-old male after a fight.
According to the evidence gathered by the Office of the Attorney General, in January 2017, in rural area Café Las Palmas, municipality of Prado (Tolima), Pacheco Guerrero, 26, attacked the victim with a bladed weapon causing his death.
