The defendants accepted their responsibility for the offenses that were charged by the Office of the Attorney General.
The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Jorge Alexis González Gutiérrez, Juan Diego Ramírez Barco and Jhon Alejandro Ortegón Vidal as alleged perpetrators of homicide and attempted homicide, both aggravated; in addition to manufacturing, trafficking and possession of weapons, ammunition for restricted use for the exclusive use of the armed forces or explosives.
