The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Carlos Andrés Bullas Parra, alias Bullas, an alleged member of the criminal group Los de La Z, who would be involved in multiple criminal actions in Zarzal (Valle del Cauca).

A prosecutor appointed to the sectional Office in Valle del Cauca charged him with conspiracy to commit crimes and manufacture, trafficking or possession of narcotics.

According to the investigation, alias Bulas was linked to ‘Los de La Z’ between March 2022 and mid-2023. This criminal group, at the service of the ‘Clan del Golfo’, would be involved in criminal activities such as local drug trafficking in sectors of Manteco, La 16, La Balastrera, Los Lagos, La Galería and Guadualito.

The evidence collected by the Office of the Attorney General with the support of the National Police showed that alias Bullas coordinated the distribution and the sale of narcotics in this municipality.

National Police arrested him on a public road in Zarzal. A judge imposed a prison sentence.
