The joint work of the Sectional Office in Cundinamarca with SIJIN judicial police allowed the arrest of 6 alleged members of ‘Los Vanguardia’, a criminal organization accused of selling narcotics in the municipalities of Zipaquirá and Nemocón (Cundinamarca).

The Prosecutor’s Office charged them with conspiracy to commit a crime, and trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotic drugs. They did not plead guilty to the charges.

The defendants are: Brayan Orley Jiménez Jiménez, Jhan Alberto Benavides Huertas, Jerson Santiago Velásquez Diaz, Daniel Augusto Peraza Camargo, Fabian Leandro Garnica Aristizábal and Diego Esteban Infante Ruiz.

During 4 home searches, some weapons, cartridges, weights and plastic bags used to dose the drug were found. In addition to marijuana and cocaine that were ready to be distributed.
