A judge approved the request made by the Attorney General’s Office and sentenced the 11 members of ‘Los Black Gold’ to prison terms between 4 and 8 years. They are responsible for crimes such as aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes; trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics and, use of minors to commit crimes. The facts took place in Oro Negro, San Bernardo, La Amistad and Camelias neighborhoods of the so-called comuna 10 in Neiva (Huila) in March 2023.

The evidence presented by a specialized prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Huila showed that the defendants were involved in the sale of marijuana in small quantities near schools and parks.

The people linked to the judicial decision are: Carlos Javier Gonzáles Campos, alias Yotas; Jesús Armando Díaz Flórez, alias El Soldado; Carlos Augusto González Hernández, alias Gonzo; Iván Santiago Romero Ramírez, alias Pinocho; Maikol Steven Osorio Muñoz, alias El mocho; Carlos Alirio Perdomo Aragonés, alias Yiyo; Abel Francisco Gutiérrez, Juan Daniel Serrano Portilla, alias Sancudo; Filiberto Castañeda Vargas, alias Fili; Julieth Perdomo Aragonés, alias La Chiky; and Fabio Rubio Ossa, alias Cabezas.

Investigative work proved that this criminal organization used minors to sell narcotics, and in many cases induced them to consume hallucinogens.
