At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge sent a 30-year-old man to prison who is allegedly responsible for touching the intimate parts of his sentimental partner’ daughter
The facts investigated occurred on December 9, 2017 in the municipality of Tuluá (Valle del Cauca) where the defendant allegedly tied the 5-year-old victim’s hands and feet, and then assaulted her.
Personnel from the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) of the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca and the Police for Children and Adolescents were in charge of arresting the suspect involved in flagrante delicto at kilometer 3 of the road that leads from Tuluá to Guadalajara de Buga.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age. Meanwhile, the judge decided that the person involved must comply a sentence in prison.
