The Office of the Attorney General prosecuted two men for the crime of the leader Constantino Ramírez of the Embera Chamī community (Dachi Agore Drua). The crime was perpetrated last October 17th on a road connecting Potosí village and Quebrada Negra in the municipality of Calarcá (Quindío).

On the day of the events, around 6:30 p.m., the victim was shot in the head (three times) and on the left side of his body (once).

The defendants were identified as Geovanny Andrés Henao Sarmiento arrested in November 9 at 7:00 p.m. in Modelia neighborhood in Ibagué (Tolima) and Luis Ángel Tenorio Tayacué arrested in the Limonar neighborhood in Caloto (Cauca).
