TWO OF THE BRAZIL’S MOST WANTED DRUG TRAFFICKERS, BY VIRTUE OF RED NOTICE, WERE ARRESTED FOR ESCAPING FROM PRISON

The Office of the Attorney General supported by Gaula (Army) in Cundinamarca arrested Alfonso Celso Caldas de Lima and Gregorio Graça Alves, alias Mano G, in rural area of Puerto Boyacá, members of a drug cartel which controls the exit of cocaine from Amazonas (Brazil)

192 countries were warned by the General Secretariat of INTERPOL about the danger that two drug traffickers in Brazil pose. They escaped from prison and they belong to a criminal organization denomined Familia del Norte which controls cocaine labs in Amazonas (Brazil) and coordinates the exit of the alkaloid, through rivers of that region. It also committed murders and extortions in the city of Manaos.

Thanks to the continuous exchange of information with Brazilian authorities, the Office of the Attorney General, through its judicial police and with the support of Gaula of the Army’s 13th Brigade, located Alfonso Celso Caldas de Lima and Gregorio Graça Alves, aka Mano G, in a farm located in the rural area of ​​Puerto Boyacá (Boyacá).
