The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Joan Sebastián González Peñate, alias Roro, who would be allegedly  involved in local drug trafficking in Puerto Colombia (Atlántico).

In this regard, a prosecutor belonging to the branch office of Atlántico (Seccional Atlantico) charged him with trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics.

The decision is related to the incident that took place on September 22 at a commercial establishment in that area. The National Police arrived there after receiving an alert from the community reporting that narcotics were being sold there.

During the search warrant, ‘Roro’ was arrested and allegedly found with 50 bags of cocaine, 98 marijuana cigarettes, and two bags of synthetic drugs.

The 21-year-old defendant did not plead guilty to the charges before the judge.
