The Attorney General’s Office has served an indictment to Fredy Ramírez Cortés, for being the alleged perpetrator of aggravated domestic violence against his former partner.
The facts took place between October and December 2024, in Guadalajara de Buga (Valle del Cauca), when the alleged perpetrator allegedly physically, verbally, and psychologically attacked his former partner. In the most recent episode of violence, the victim was attacked with a sharp weapon.
Therefore, officers from the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), with support from the National Police, arrested Ramírez Cortés in Buga on August 25.
By virtue of a court order, the alleged suspect must serve a prison sentence.
