After approving the request made by the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence on Jhostin Erick Gutiérrez Moreno for his alleged responsibility in a serious attack against a 24-year-old woman in Soacha (Cundinamarca).

In this regard, a prosecutor charged him with aggravated homicide with attempt. The person did not plead guilty to the charges.

According to the evidence collected, the facts took place on April 10, when Gutiérrez Moreno allegedly attacked a woman when she got off a vehicle in front of her residence. The attack caused serious injuries to the victim’s face.

For these facts, the man was arrested on April 23 by National Police at the so-called Comuna 2, in Soacha.
