The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Andrés Felipe Moreno Villada for his alleged responsibility in the crimes of aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition.

According to the investigation, the facts took place on March 2 in Baja Sevilla area of Supía (Caldas), where several people were spending time in a stand.

There was a dispute in the place, in which Moreno Villada apparently hit one of the participants in the meeting and fired a shot into the air. In the midst of the argument, the defendant shot this person twice.

The victim was taken to a medical center; however, due to the severity of his injuries, he died.

The defendant did not plead guilty, and a judge sent him to prison.
