A prosecutor appointed to the Support Structure (Estructura de Apoyon in Spanish) of the Sectional Office in Cundinamarca brought four people before justice who allegedly belonged to the organized crime group ‘Los Tomateros’, a network involved in petty drug dealing.
It concerns Yoiderth Jose Pertuz Radillo, alias Yoiderth; Teobaldo Junior Escorcia Gutiérrez, alias El Vale; Manuel Enrique Peña Pertuz, alias Manu and Gojan Stiben Torres Guevara, alias Gojan. The Prosecutor’s Office charged them with trafficking, manufacturing or possession of narcotics. They did not plead guilty to the charges.
The investigation revealed that the drug trafficking network sold substances such as bazuco, cocaine and marijuana at fixed points and through home delivery in neighborhoods such as: San Miguel, San Isidro, Villa Celia, Plaza de los Tomates, Parque Jesús Maestro and La Esperanza in the municipality of Fómeque (Cundinamarca).
At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the judge imposed prison sentence in the case of four of the defendants.
