At the request of a prosecutor assigned to the Sectional Office in Quindío, a judge imposed a prison sentence against Claudia Lorena García Vásquez and Nathalia Ximena Hernández Velasco who are allegedly involved in local drug trafficking in Armenia (Quindío).
According to the investigation, both women allegedly used their home in Las Colinas neighborhood in Quindío to store marijuana and cocaine. Then they sold doses of these illegal substances at their home.
For these facts, García Vásquez and Hernández Velasco were charged with trafficking, manufacturing or possession of narcotics and illegal use of personal or real property. They did not plead guilty to the charges
