These people would belong to the so-called Los Temis criminal group that commits crimes in Bajo Andes, Miracho and Roto de Cervantes neighborhoods.

A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Caldas brought 24 alleged members of the criminal group Los Temis to justice. This would be a network involved in the sale of drugs in several neighborhoods of Manizales (Caldas).

These people were arrested by the National Police in 11 search procedures, and three in flagrante delicto.

Apparently, the defendants committed crimes in Bajo Andes, Miracho and Roto de Cervantes neighborhoods in Manizales. It is believed that all of them would be repeat offenders in the trade of illegal substances.

In the operations against this organization, four firearms, a 9 mm traumatic pistol, ammunition, marijuana, pink cocaine, packaging elements, cell phones and communication radios were seized.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendants with aggravated criminal conspiracy and trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs. Thirteen (13) people pleaded guilty to the charges.

A judge imposed preventive detention measures for twenty of the defendants.
