The Prosecutor’s Office charged a 29-year-old man before a judge for his alleged responsibility in the crime of attempted aggravated femicide.
The facts took place on October 4 in the San Miguel neighborhood in the municipality of Chipata, (Santander), when he physically and verbally attacked his partner by spraying gasoline on while threatening to kill her.
The 25-year-old victim managed to escape and notify the police that arrested the alleged aggressor who has criminal records.
During the two years of their relationship, the woman was apparently the victim of acts of domestic violence that were not reported.
The man was sent to prison.
