The evidence proved that the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted, on more than 40 occasions.
As allegedly responsible for aggravated abusive sexual assault with a minor under 14 years of age, the Attorney General’s Office obtained a prison sentence against a 36-year-old guard.
According to the investigation carried out by a prosecutor belonging to CAIVAS, the defendant apparently sexually assaulted his biological daughter more than 40 times between 2017 and 2022 in Bogotá and Medellín
Judicial police investigations revealed that the sexual abuse apparently began when the victim was 9 years old and lasted until she was 12, when she became pregnant, presumably as a result of the abuse.
The evidence collected showed that the defendant would have threatened the minor with murdering her mother if she told her what was happening
Due to these facts, the alleged aggressor was arrested by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) on June 14 on a public road in the Buenos Aires neighborhood in Medellín. The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges.
