The conclusive evidence presented by a local prosecutor of the so-called Unidad de Vida of the Sectional Office in Huila, allowed a judge to impose a prison sentence against Yorman Yesid Sánchez Murcia, as allegedly responsible for the homicide of a 17-year-old minor in Neiva.
The facts under investigation took place on January 6 of this year in the rural area of Zona Verde in El Venado, north area of the city, where apparently this man shot the victim with a firearm and then attacked him with a sharp weapon causing his death.
SIJÍN National Police arrested Sánchez Murcia in recent days in Tenerife neighborhood in Neiva.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated homicide and illegal possession of firearms. The defendant did not plead guilty.
