The Prosecutor’s Office obtained a conviction against Oscar Guerrero Ariza, alias Mono Guari or Oscar, after the preliminary agreement approved by a judge from Arauca (Arauca).
The Prosecutor’s Office proved that the convicted man was part of the Domingo Laín Sáenz Front operating in Arauca, he was in charge of coordinating the criminal actions of the GAO committing their activities in the rural areas of La Primavera, La Paz and La Esmeralda located between the municipalities of Arauquita, Saravena and Fortul (Arauca).
This person was arrested by the National Police in October 202. He must serve a sentence of four years and six months and a fine payment of a fine of 80 legal minimum wages
Alias Mono Guari will remain in prison in Arauca.
