At the request of the Sectional Office in Atlántico, a judge sent Giovanny Andrés Madrid Pantoja, alias 19, to prison for being the person allegedly responsible for a homicide of a 34-year-old woman in Soledad (Atlántico).

The facts took place on April 15 in the Villa Belén neighborhood of the aforementioned municipality, when the defendant, apparently, shot the victim several times.

The investigation proved that alias 19 would be a member of the Los Rastrojos Costeños criminal structure, in which he allegedly had the role of hitman and  received orders from Ober Ricardo Martínez Gutiérrez, alias el Negro Ober, the leader of the aforementioned organization and who is deprived of liberty.

Alias ​​19 was arrested in recent days by the National Police in Bogotá, and the Prosecutor’s Office charged him with homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of a firearm.
