Guilty verdict was returned against chief-clerk of a civil court for corruption links with businessman Carlos Mattos

Former official Dagoberto Rodríguez admitted he participated in the corruption network to favor the businessman in a process.

At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, the 45th Circuit Court of Bogotá (judge hearing the case) sentenced Dagoberto Rodríguez Niño, former chief-clerk of the 6^th Civil Court of this city to serve a prison term that will be imposed next June 21st.

By virtue of a preliminary agreement, the official did not plead guilty to the charges of bribery, abusive access to a computer system, malware and ideological representation in a public document.
