The Sectional Office in Casanare prosecuted five people arrested in flagrante delicto when, apparently, they robbed their victims in isolated acts. They were sent to prison.

On October 21, Arbey Alfonso Montañez Gómez and Nicolás Barón Correa were arrested by the police in Getsemaní neighborhood in Yopal after they allegedly used knives to steal a cell phone, cash and a gold ring.

On October 15, Raúl Francisco Erazo Almanza was arrested in this same city after participating in a theft of a cell phone from a pizzeria worker.

On October 14, Juan David Guevara León and Osman Eduardo Capacho were prosecuted after being arrested in flagrante delicto for the theft of a laptop and a cell phone in El Centro neighborhood in Aguazul (Casanare).

The five people were charged with aggravated robbery. They did not plead guilty.
