The Sectional Office in Boyacá prosecuted William Alfredo Mora Pedraza, the alleged perpetrator of the crime of aggravated homicide, attempted homicide, and theft.
This person allegedly participated in a fight with a knife in which one person was killed and another was seriously injured. The facts occurred on July 31, 2022, in Sogamoso (Boyacá)
According to the investigation, the causes of the crime were for the theft of a large sum of money.
The investigations based on the videos of the security cameras and on sworn statements, allowed to find the location of the property where the alleged perpetrators of the act were living
During the home searches, a cell phone and several pieces of clothing were seized and these are under forensic analysis.
This person will be transferred to a prison established by INPEC.
