Diego Luis Moreno Lucumí, alias ‘Joaquín’, pleaded guilty to charges of homicide of a man, which occurred in the municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca).
The events under investigation occurred on April 25 in the urban area of the municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca) where José Nevio Duque Sarria was killed with a firearm.
Alias Joaquín was arrested by virtue of a judicial order carried out in a home search proceeding by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) with the support of the National Army.
The person allegedly involved must serve a prison sentence.
