Diego Luis Moreno Lucumí, alias ‘Joaquín’, pleaded guilty to charges of homicide of a man, which occurred in the municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca).

The events under investigation occurred on April 25 in the urban area of ​​the municipality of Puerto Tejada (Cauca) where José Nevio Duque Sarria was killed with a firearm.

Alias ​​Joaquín was arrested by virtue of a judicial order carried out in a home search proceeding by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) with the support of the National Army.

The person allegedly involved must serve a prison sentence.
