At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, the Fourth Criminal Court of Tunja (Boyacá) sentenced Beiman Alberto Pulido Alvarado to 8 years and 6 months in prison as the perpetrator of the crime of homicide.
After the evidence was presented against him, the defendant accepted a plea bargain and pleaded guilty to the charges brought by the Attorney General’s Office.
The facts occurred on November 19, 2021 in Tunja (Boyacá), where a person identified as Andrés Cruz died.
