Former mayor of Buenaventura, his son and a former employee were sent to prison for alleged irregularities concerning the resignation of former manager of a local hospital

People arrested were sent to jail and former employee of the local hospital must remain under house arrest

After the Second Court of the Circuit confirmed the decision in first instance and ordered the arrest, former mayor of Buenaventura, Eliécer Arboleda Torres, his son Eliécer Arboleda Riascos,  and Luis Eider Mancilla, former employee  of the local hospital, were arrested again. The first two people were sent to prison and the later must remain under house arrest.
