The Attorney General’s Office brought three men before justice. They allegedly participated in the murder of a 21-year-old man on August 31 in a rural area of the municipality of Tona (Santander).
The people allegedly involved are Diego Armando Villamizar Bautista, Luis Francisco Villamizar Bautista, and Johan Yesid Villamizar Bautista, who were charged with aggravated homicide.
The three suspects allegedly attacked the victim with a sharp weapon during a fight that occurred in the Andes del Progreso, Parra Juan Rodríguez rural area in Berlín.
At the request of the Attorney General´s Office, the suspects were sent to prison.
