The evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Office allowed a judge to sentence Sindy Patricia Coley Agencia, to 6 years and 2 months in prison for trafficking, manufacture or aggravated possession of narcotics.

The facts took place on November 14, 2018 when a patrol car of the National Police was informed about the presence of a woman who had narcotics in her possession.

A search warrant was conducted at the woman’s house by the authorities in the so-called Normandía neighborhood, where they found a bag with several containers with 5,564 grams of cocaine. Coley Agencia pleaded guilty to the crime through a preliminary agreement.

A judge issued an arrest warrant against the woman.
