At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, a judge with a judge issued a prison sentence against Johan Andrés Joya Delgado, for his alleged responsibility in the crime of aggravated homicide.
The crime occurred this March 10 in Bucaramanga (Santander), when in the midst of an act of intolerance, the defendant attacked a 49-year-old street vendor with a sharp weapon.
According to the investigation, the victim apparently hit the defendant´s motorcycle with his avocado cart, which would have caused the attack.
Although the victim was taken to the hospital, he died due to the severity of his injuries.
