The evidence collected by a prosecutor from the so called Unidad de Vida of the Sectional Office in Meta allowed a judge to send Julio Enrique Rodríguez Mora to prison. He is allegedly responsible for murdering a man on July 8 in El Delirio neighborhood in Villavicencio (Meta).

The facts occurred in a pool hall in the area where the victim was apparently attacked by the defendant with a sharp weapon causing his death immediately.

Rodríguez Mora was arrested on November 16 on a public road in La Reliquia neighborhood, in Meta by CTI investigators of the Prosecutor’s Office with the support of the National Police.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated homicide. He did not plead guilty.
