At the request of a special prosecutor, a judge sent five people (four men and one woman) to prison for being allegedly responsible for selling narcotics at small scale.

According to the evidence collected by the judicial police, the arrested people apparently dosed marijuana and bazooka since 2022 and sold them in small doses in the sector of the port of the municipality of Puerto Concordia (Meta).

The Police and the National Army carried out several home searches  in Primero de Mayo neighborhood in Puerto Concordia and Arazá neighborhood  in San José del Guaviare (Guaviare) by virtue of a court order in which the alleged members of the criminal organization were arrested.

The arrested people who were charged by the Prosecutor’s Office with manufacturing, trafficking and possession of narcotics were brought before a judge and they pleaded guilty.

As a result of the operation, a man was arrested in possession of  weapons and was charged with illegal possession of weapons but he did not plead guilty.

Among the material that was seized in the judicial proceedings there were cell phones, marijuana, two shotguns and items used for the dosage of hallucinogens.

The detainees are: Juan Camilo Pérez Nieto, alias ‘Cuchumino’; Marbelly Stellin Sandoval Sanchez, alias ‘Vaca Topa’; Luis Alejandro Ramirez Rivera, alias ‘Godzila’; Hernán Camilo Traslaviña Rodriguez, alias ‘Tatuador’; Johan Estiven Lamilla Traslaviña, alias ‘Mono O Mecanico’ and Wilmer Alejandro Pérez Nieto, alias ‘El Gordo’.
