A prosecutor from the Sectional Offcie in Arauca charged Alexander Lozada Ramírez, Eliy Jhona Zul García and William Alexis Canelón Izquiel, as allegedly responsible for committing attempted homicide, violence against a public servant and escape.
The facts occurred in a police station on November 22. As established, the defendants remained detained in a police station by virtu of a measure, because they were being prosecuted for other crimes.
On the day of the attack, Lozada Ramírez, Zul García and Canelón Izquiel reportedly wounded a National Police officers with a blunt weapon, to whom it ise believes they tied by the hands and feet in a cell and then fled.
During the escape, the three people were intercepted by police and were arrested, but one of the defendants (Lozada Ramírez) wounded one of the female officers with a firearm. She was treated at a medical center.
For these facts, the defendants were sent to the municipal prison in Arauca.
