At the request of a prosecutor assigned to the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca, a judge deprived Jhon Deiner Loboa Mina, 29, of his liberty. He is allegedly responsible for carrying five kilos of marijuana in his luggage when he was traveling in a vehicle of public service.
The defendant was arrested when he was traveling on the road that leads from La Paila to Ansermanuevo (Valle del Cauca). The vehicle was inspected by the National Police at a checkpoint.
For these facts, the Attorney General’s Office charged this person with trafficking, manufacturing and possession of narcotics. The judge of the case ordered a house arrest.
