A  judge in Medellin issued house arrest for Sindi Paola Cuesta Pérez, allegedly responsible for the aggravated homicide of her sentimental partner, Hamilson Rivas Díaz.

The facts under investigation occurred in the Castilla neighborhood in the main city of Antioquia on March 21. That day, after a discussion, the woman apparently attacked her partner with a sharp weapon.

Eyewitnesses testified that before the homicide the couple had allegedly been fighting. After the aggression against Rivas; The woman apparently asked for help.

Cuesta Pérez was arrested in flagrante delicto by the National Police, and she did not plead guilty to the charges filed by a prosecutor.
