On January 20, a local prosecutor’s office in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander), in coordination with the National Police, arrested Edwin Adyodfagd Rincón Duran, for his alleged responsibility in the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs.
During the home search proceeding, the authorities seized several doses of marijuana and cocaine from Edwin Adyodfagd Rincón Durán.
The investigations carried out showed the alleged participation of the defendant in the sale of hallucinogenic substances in the neighborhood El Salado which would be affecting the vulnerable population of the sector.
In the procedure, the officers seized 346 doses of marijuana and 124 doses of cocaine ready for their sale, two cell phones, and cash, apparently the product of the sale of alkaloids.
During the hearings, the defendant did not plead guilty and was sent to a prison in Cúcuta.
