2. In this sense, the proceedings carried out by a sectional prosecutor of the Center for Integral Attention to Victims of Sexual Violence (Centro de Atención Integral a Víctimas de Agresión Sexual (Caivas)) of Villavicencio, who began the investigation, will now be carried out by the main headquarters in order to guarantee impartiality, independence, speed, and efficiency in the administration of justice.
3. An interdisciplinary team with specific skills, with experience, prestige and knowledge about sexual crimes has been created to continue with investigations.
