In a session held this afternoon between the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of the Comptroller General, and the Office of the Inspector Attorney General, which was coordinated by the heads of these institutions, a detailed review of the joint work against corruption was carried out and the evidence found by technical teams in different regions of the country about the diversion of resources allocated for the assistance of Colombian citizens was analyzed.

Likewise, they agreed to create a permanent workteam that will review the complaints and reports filed by citizens, as well as the findings regarding irregularities in the management of issues related to the social and economic emergency in order to take the immediate actions, based on the powers of these three organizations.

Information about cases of national and regional impact that would be evidence of corruption and administrative negligence will be provided to the country every week to define the articulated fiscal, disciplinary and criminal actions against trusted or not trusted officials, and private individuals.
