Thanks to a coordinated action between the Office of the Attorney General and the National Police, the alleged perpetrators of the acts of vandalism that occurred on October 15th in Pereira (Risaralda) have been identified.
The evidence collected would indicate that Jay Alejandro Londoño Arias and Oscar Steven Cortez Zapata allegedly planned the manufacturing of improvised explosive devices with high destructive power. Apparently, they used these devices during a protest and attacked the Police Officer´s house and also burned a van that was in the property.
