The convicted person asked law enforcement authorities, justice and his family for forgiveness
By virtue of a preliminary agreement, Jairo Yovanni Caicedo Rojas, former official of the General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court, was sentenced to 52 months in prison for bribery with a series of similar crimes.
It is important to remember that Caicedo Rojas was arrested for issuing writs for protection in return for huge amounts of money.
