The Office of the Attorney General brought before a judge seven individuals accused of selling, storing, and possessing narcotics in the municipality of Sevilla (Valle del Cauca). 

These individuals are identified as brothers Héctor Fabio and Silvio Alexander Toro Navarro, Jhon Jaime Peña Tola, Frey Yovanny Gutiérrez Sánchez, Juan Camilo Henao Herrera, Luz Elena Salgado Ramírez and Juan David Tovar Salgado. 

A prosecutor appointed to the branch office of Valle del Cauca (Seccional Valle del Cauca) charged the defendants with trafficking, manufacturing or possession of narcotics. These activities were allegedly carried out near La Concordia park and San José neighborhood in Sevilla. 

During two search warrants carried out  on October 8th in the municipality of Sevilla, the National Police arrested the individuals. During these proceedings, narcotics that were ready for distribution were seized. 

The alleged offenders must serve a sentence in prisons in Cartago and Jamundí (Valle del Cauca).
