The Attorney General’s Office brought four individuals allegedly involved in petty drug dealing in various areas of Chachagüi (Nariño) before a judge. They allegedly used minors to deliver drugs to homes.
The people involved are Jhon Fredy Pinta Insandara, alias Burro; Juan Camilo Inca Bolaños, alias Hugo; Jaime Daniel Insandara Tabanjoy, alias Vecino and Brenis Micolta, alias Brenis, who were charged with aggravated manufacturing, trafficking, and possession of drugs, and the use of minors in the commission of crimes.
Judicial Police operations led to the identification of the defendants as the alleged people responsible for the trade of marijuana and bazuco dosis, and the identification of distribution points. The chosen locations were parks and meeting areas in rural areas.
The defendants were arrested by Sijin from National Police during search warrants conducted in this municipality.
The four defendants did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor’s Office. They were sent to prison by order of a judge.
