The facts took place on May 22, on a public street in Armenia, when the victim was apparently attacked by Jiménez García, who fled the scene on a bicycle. Previously, both men had had a discussion.
Members of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) conducted the arrest warrant against this man in Quindío.
