The Attorney General’s Office has brought two men and a woman before justice for allegedly being involved in petty drug dealing in various incidents reported in La Dorada and Arma in Aguadas (Caldas).

Officers from the Technical Investigation Unit (CTI) arrested Marlon Exneider Ortiz Molina and Yulieth Liceth Ordoñez Rojas, in Victoria Real neighborhood in La Dorada, who were found in possession of firearms, cartridges of various calibers, narcotics, cell phones, and a motorcycle.

The Office of the Attorney General charged them with manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition; trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics; and trademark counterfeiting. 

On the other hand, in the rural area of Arma de Aguadas, Juan David Ospina Mazo was arrested for being allegedly responsible for manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition; and trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics. During a home search, a firearm and narcotics were seized.

None of the arrested people pleaded guilty to the charges. Judges imposed prison sentences on Ortiz Molina and Ospina Mazo. Ordoñez Rojas was placed under house arrest.
