The Attorney General’s Office brought Yhorman Javier Lobo Duarte, alias Yorman Lobo, before a judge. He is allegedly responsible for the murder of two people in the metropolitan area of ​​Cúcuta (Norte de Santander).

A prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Norte de Santander charged the defendant with aggravated homicide, attempted homicide and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.

The first incident occurred on July 14, 2022 in the Carora neighborhood where the defendant, who was traveling on a motorcycle, allegedly shot the victim, causing his death.

In another case, a citizen was intercepted by several men, among them alias Yorman Lobo, who allegedly shot him repeatedly, causing the death of the victim. A woman was injured during the attack.

On September 15, the National Police arrested the person under investigation by virtue of a court order.

At the end of the hearings, the judge imposed the defendant a preventive detention measure in Model Prison in Cúcuta.
